Palm Tropics Gathered Ballet Dress

A moody tropical palm frond print in blues with dashes of ivory and fuchsia. The bodice is ballet scoop style with your choice of sleeve: short, elbow, 3/4, long or the new gathered cap sleeve as shown in the photo. She has a super full and twirly gathered circle skirt for max flare and fun. I have two lengths for you to choose from for the skirt: mini and knee.

Care: Machine Wash cold with like colors, hang dry.
