Bold Flower Power Ruffle Dress

A brand new dress design with a pinafore look and none of the stiffness. It is so soft and comfy, she won't want to take it off! The dress features wide cross back straps with contrast ruffles originating at the waist. A full, gathered waist skirt for major twirls in your choice of mini or knee length.

The fabric is a bold daisy flower power in a deep red-orange with aqua accents.
