Palm Tropics Gathered Festival Dress

A moody tropical palm frond print in blues with dashes of ivory and fuchsia. I have sewn it up into our Festival style dress with cross back straps and a super full and twirly gathered circle skirt for max flare and fun. I have two lengths for you to choose from for the skirt: mini and knee.

Care: Machine Wash cold with like colors, hang dry.
